Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Hmm, well heres a tip, Get a little orginal with your photography, each and everyone of your shots, ive seen 9,000 times, and probably gets submitted atleast 2000 times a day, mediocre at best. Try cleaning up the whopping 129 deviations, clear out the crap, and keep the best ones, loose the ego, you e-penis is still as small as your real one, and if you are here only to try to be "popular" withyour mediocre photography, then you belong on Flickr.
